Our seller and seller mandate can supply products from Russia, according below conditions.

 

I am the seller's authorized agent. However, after sending the documents provided for in step 1, the FCO will be sent by the Russian supplier. In the same sense, the contract will be signed directly with the supplier and the letter of credit will be directly for the benefit of the supplier, without intermediaries.

CIF PRICE: $ 1,800.00 USD/MT

COMMISSION:$20.00 USD/MT

TRANSACTION TERMS

 

PAYMENT: Transferable or non-Transferable SBLC MT760/DLC MT700/MT103/TT Wire Transfer. payable after delivery and successful CIQ/ SGS at buyer’s destination.

 

·        Seller company is from Russia, but Seller is working with offshore financiers across the globe as a receiver of MT103 remittance and LC instrument in favour of the end seller company.

 

PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% operative PB, issue from Seller’s bank to Buyer’s bank.

LOADING PORT: Novorossiysk/Vladivostokor any Russia Commercial Port..

DELIVERY: CIF Any World Safe Port.

QUALITY: SGS or Equivalent will be conducted at the loading port at the seller expense.

CURRENCIES: RMB – USD – EURO. Via LC, MT-103 /TT

 

 

PROCEDURES

 

STEP 1. Buyer issues a LOI or ICPO with Company Profile and End Buyer Passport Copy + CIS/KYC + IMPORT LICENSE + Company’s registration Copy + CONSULTANT GENEALOGY FORM + NCND with company representative passport or ID.

STEP 2. Seller issues Draft Contract and Buyer opens for amendment and signs, and sends back to seller within 3 working days.

 

STEP 3. Seller registers and legalizes the draft contract with the Russian Ministry through the Seller Legal Law-Firm, on Seller’s cost and sends registered and legalized Contract with partial POP documents to Buyer via Email as lists below.

 

 Certificate of Origin of the product.

 Company Registration.

 Export License.

 Seller Commitment Letter to Supply.

 Commercial Invoice (CI).

 Seller representative passport copy.

 

STEP 4. In receipt and confirmation of the above partial POP documents, the Buyer issues the agreed Irrevocable, Transferable, or Non-Transferable, Operative SBLC-MT760 or DLC MT700, from top 50 rated banks equivalent to monthly invoice value as a guarantee of payment. IF BUYER FAILS to issue –SBLC MT760 or DLC-MT700 within 7 working days, in alternative, buyer shall make guarantee deposit of 5% TT Wire from total value of the Monthly supply to seller’s nominated fiduciary bank account as performance to secure the allocation, which will be deducted from the first shipment.

 

STEP 5. Seller swift 2% PB to buyer’s bank along with full POP with shipping documents as lists below via bank to bank and Email, as the loading commences immediately.

 

 Government ATPCC approval.

 Certificate of Quality & Quantity of Product.

 Bill of Lading.

 Vessel Q88 Document / Train.

 E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival) Of Vessel.

 Vessel (N.O.R) Notice of Readiness.

 Train/Cargo Manifest.

 Fresh SGS

 NCNDA/IMFPA Endorsement via Seller Bank.

 CPA.

 

STEP 6. Within 3~5 banking days of the Vessel arrival at Buyer Destination Port, Buyer makes payment to Seller via TT/MT103 upon receipt of the Shipping Documents from the captain and confirmation of the Q&Q by SGS/CIQ at the Destination Port.

 

·        Seller company is from Russia, but Seller is working with offshore financiers across the globe as a receiver of MT103 remittance and LC instrument in favour of the end seller company.

 

STEP 7. Seller release commission payment to all intermediaries (parties) involve in this transaction in accordance to the signed NCNDA \IMFPA within 48 hours of receipt full payment of the product from the buyer.

 

All terms, conditions, payment method and procedures contained in the LOI/ICPO MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SELLER'S CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES, OTHERWISE THEORDER WILLBE REJECTED.
